Coaching Experience and
Accomplishments:
Coach Allen has been involved in coaching youth soccer for
approximately 11 years with five of those years at the Travel level and the
remainder at the Premier Soccer level. He first started at the Travel
Club Level with the Chili Soccer Association coaching boys at the U-18, 19,
15, 16 and U17 players. He spent five years with the Chili Soccer
Association winning the RAYSL, and a President Cup Championship at the U16
and U17 levels, as well as local and away tournaments.
At the Premier Club level he has coached
U13, 14, 15, 16, 17, & U18 players. The following summarizes a list of the

Playing Experience and
Accomplishments: Coach
Allen's playing experience covers approximately 22 years at the
competitive level ranging from high school, Semi-professional (Jamaica),
College (USA), amateur (RDSL, Region I, & Empire Men’s) and the professional
level. At the collegiate levels, he won “All-New York State” first
teams, “All District Conference”, and “All American” awards in four years of
playing at Roberts Wesleyan College. He has also played on two RDSL
championship teams. He was a member of the Rochester Raging Rhinos in its
inaugural year. |

Coaching Philosophy:
His coaching philosophy encompasses fun, goal setting, learning what it
takes to rise to the occasion and developing players on and off the field as
productive members of society. |
