Coaching Experience and
Accomplishments: Bill Heine
has coached at all levels (recreational, travel, premier, boys, girls), He
has coached Junior Rhinos boys teams 5 years (3 as assistant, 2 as head
coach) which included 1 Regional finalist and 3 State Cup champions. He was
the goalkeeper coach at McQuaid Jesuit HS for 5 years, and has 8 years
experience at various camps and soccer schools, including McQuaid Soccer
Camp and Rhinomites. |

Playing Experience and
Accomplishments: University
of Florida and Rochester area men’s amateur teams for 19 years. |

Other Soccer Activities: President
of Bloomfield Youth Soccer, President of Finger Lakes Men’s Soccer League,
Activities Director of Rochester Junior Rhinos. |

Coaching Philosophy:
For
younger players I focus on building fundamental skills especially dribbling
and receiving skills and becoming a two footed soccer player. A strong
foundation in these areas allows coaches at the next age level to build upon
the players accomplishments after training with our team. I believe that
training sessions should be a mixture of hard work and fun times and I
believe that the less sideline coaching of players in the game the better
chance they have of learning to make the best decisions while playing. |
