Coaching Experience and Accomplishments: Presently in his 7th year with Jr. Rhino’s. In 1999 his U-14 Boys team won the NY West U-14 State Title and advanced to Regional play two years in a row, 1999 –2000. In 2004 his U-13 boys team won the NY West State Title and went on to the Region 1 finals. He is also the Varsity soccer Coach at McQuaid Jesuit High School. He is the recipient of the 2003 New York State West Boys Coach of the Year Award. In 2007 he coached the U-12 Jr. Rhinos boys team to the NY State West Championship aand the Region I Championship. Playing Experience and Accomplishments: In 1979 Coach Wilkin was Jr. College All – American at MCC. He played in the Men’s Premier Division with the German American’s and Rochester United, including the 1983 Championship Team with the German American’s. |

Your Coaching Philosophy: Coach Wilkin strives for player development! Develop and improve each player’s technical ability, and give him or her a better understanding of the game tactically. Train the player’s in small-sided games to develop a well-rounded player who can play multiple positions. Improve player’s speed of play. |
