Directions to Total Sports Experience: Follow I-490 and exit at 531 West Exit 8 (Spencerport Brockport). Follow 531 West to the first exit which is Rt. 386 (Elmgrove Rd.) Turn left onto Elmgrove Rd. (386 South) and go about 0.3 miles to the first traffic signal. Turn left into the parking lot. The fields are visible from Elmgrove Road.
